Los Angeles Fundraiser November 6th

JIMMY IN SAIGON is a feature-length independent documentary from Peter McDowell and executive producer Dan Savage. Peter’s eldest brother, Jim, died in Saigon in 1972 when Jim was 24 and Peter was only 5, and the film is an elegiac portrait that explores war, drug use, sexuality, and healing.

BUY YOUR TICKETS NOW for our Los Angeles benefit, on Wednesday, November 6th from 7-9pm at the Silverlake JCC, to help fund post-production costs (editing, sound, color, animation, titles, distribution) for this film, totaling $45,000. Together with benefits in Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Champaign-Urbana, IL, we hope to hit our fundraising goal so we can finish the film and submit to Sundance in 2020.
